On November 4th, the Sustainable Streets Division of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency passed the following resolution Establish – Tow-Away, No Stopping, 10pm to 6am, Daily on Utah Street, both sides, between Alameda and 16th streets San Bruno Avenue, both sides, between Alameda and 16th streets.
