The Treasure Island Music Festival returns for its sixth year October 13-14 with a return visit from Girl Talk topping the bill Saturday and the Bay Area music festival debut for UK minimalists The xx on Sunday.

French electronic act M83 has returned to the electro-rock scene with an epic new track entitled “Midnight City.” It’s gripping and noisy with layers of percussion, keyboard and an unexpected saxophone wail that gives the song an 80’s throwback feel.
