Hardcore Hot Sauce From Bad Brains

After conquering the band T-shirt market (we caught more Bad Brains T’s in the crowd at SXSW than any other group last year), the seminal hardcore DC punk band is going after foodies with good taste in music.

Inspired by Caribbean soul food and yard-style cooking, guitarist Dr. Know and bassist Darryl Jenifer teamed up to create Fire Burn Babylon Hardcore Hot Sauce.

The small-batch “roots, rock, rubba dub style” sauce with a scotch bonnet base features the “perfect blend of heat and sweet,” according to Jenifer.

In addition to the sauce, limited edition numbered and signed prints of the label designed by Shepard Fairey are available on the band’s website. We’ll let you know how it tastes once our order arrives.
