Video: Moodymann “Hold It Down”

In a recent project with Scion A/V, Kenny Dixon Jr. aka Moodymann has offered eight exclusive tracks in an EP titled, Picture This. To go with this, Scion released a video for his track “Hold It Down.” Director Dante Vasilou plays on the organic feel of the track by capturing a performance by the jazz musicians behind it. Consider it a snapshot of the larger picture for the EP, which he uses to draw on funk, jazz, and other such musical roots from his hometown, Detroit.
