June 29, 2012Whenever I eat oysters, I always opt to get me a beer to have along with them. And the choice of beer I always tend to get is a good old nice Stella Artois. Just the smoothness of both the oysters and the beer just goes good together and I enjoy it.

June 29, 2012The ultimate oyster/bevy combo: I’m a huge fan of the oyster shooters at Nishiki Sushi Bar in Sacramento, CA. It’s the perfect blend of briny goodness, tobiko, green onions, ponzu, sake topped with a luscious runny, raw quail egg.
