Treasure Island Festival Lineup Announced

The Treasure Island Music Festival returns for its sixth year October 13-14 with a return visit from Girl Talk topping the bill Saturday and the Bay Area music festival debut for UK minimalists The xx on Sunday.

While lacking in any major surprises, the lineup this year offers a solid mix of electronic and rock acts with M83, Porter Robinson, Gossip, Best Coast, Toro Y Moi and a surprise set from hip-hop vets Public Enemy. Ty Segall, The Coup and K.Flay hold it down for the local scene, among others. In typical T.I. fashion: mostly beats and buttons on Saturday, amps and strings on Sunday.
