For fans of live music, there’s a lot to be thankful for as November gets under way.
In addition to headliners Curren$y and Method Man, Phantogram and Das Racist this week in San Francisco, two-thirds of Swedish House Mafia makes a stop in San Francisco this month with Sebastian Ingrosso at Ruby Skye on November 11th and Axwell plays The Warfield on the 25th. Feist‘s show at The Warfield on the November 14th but tickets are still available for local female powerhouse K. Flay at The Independent on November 23rd.
Hip Hop is well represented with Madlib making a stop on his short four-venue tour and at Mighty on November 18th and Alchemist, an innovator of East Coast hip hop production, at Brick and Motar on November 13th. Murs and Ski Beatz, who just completed their first album together, stop at the Fillmore on November 18th. A duo that needs no introduction, Black Star originally planned just one night at the Mezzanine on November 15th, but when tickets sold out in a week they added a second show for the following night—tickets are still available for that show. D.C. rapper Wale also stops by the Mezzanine on November 22nd.
