Hot Track: Little Dragon x Trackademicks

This new remix from the Bay Area’s Trackademicks adds beautiful synths and stabbing bass beats over the female vocals of Little Dragon’s electro song “Looking Glass”.

Swedish electronic group Little Dragon heard the Trackademicks remix of their song “After the Rain” on his 2010 release The [Re]Mixtape Vol. 3 and decided to have the Bay Area hip hop artist and producer officially take on the track “Looking Glass” off their new album Machine Dreams. The Honor Roll Crew member, who is known for his production with local artists Mistah F.A.B. and Lyrics Born, tones the song down a bit and smoothes it out with a nu-disco feel. The [Re]Mixtape Vol. 3 features Trackademicks originals as well as remixes of artists including Kid Cudi and Chromeo and can be downloaded for free at RCRD LBL.
